Below is information on each base yarn I offer. Note that some limited run and special bases may not be listed here. Please see specific product pages for information on those bases. I try my best to accurately portray each colorway. But, due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn and differences in displays and settings, the skeins you receive may not be an exact match to what you see here and on social media. Please feel free to contact me if you have specific questions about any of the bases!

South Side Suri is perfect when knit or crocheted with other bases to add warmth without a ton of weight! It is a lace weight base with fluff to resemble a mohair look that will give a halo when knit with other bases. You can also knit with them plain or doubled (or tripled!) with each other for some cool projects. Each skein is 50g and 328yds. The fiber content is 74/26 Baby Suri Alpaca/Silk.

First Warding Fingering is a fingering/sock weight base with 75/25 superwash merino/nylon fiber content and 4-ply construction. It is soft but still durable enough for regular wear. Each skein is 100g and 463yds. This base is also available as minis with some sets. Each mini is 20g and 93yds. 

Elmwood Village Sock is another fingering weight base. This yarn is a 2-ply construction 80/20 superwash merino/nylon base with 400yds per 100g skein.

North Buffalo DK is, of course, a DK weight yarn. Each skein is 100g and 230yds. It is 100% superwash merino and 3-ply construction. North Buffalo is great for all sorts of projects including some cozy sweaters!

Grand Central Tweed is a DK weight yarn that adds a wonderful texture and dimension to any project! It is 85% Superwash Merino and 15% Donegal Nep to add the classic tweed texture. This base is slightly gray so colorways tend to be a bit deeper and moody. Each skein is 230yds and 100g.

Millionaire's Row

West Side worsted is the only non-superwash base I have available. Named after my favorite neighborhood in Buffalo, this worsted weight yarn adds a rustic elegance to your projects. Works up quick and provides a warm fabric for the coldest Buffalo winters. Each skein is 100% Peruvian Highland wool, 218yds and 100g.

Named after one of my favorite neighborhoods in Buffalo. This single ply, super bulky base is great for warm and cozy knits. Each skein is 100g and 76yds with 80/20 superwash merino/nylon fiber content.
